Repap On was born inside a process-consulting practice. Thiago Nogueira, founder of Tomaz e Souza, serves large corporations, mainly in the oil and gas sector, that operate under strict process and quality control standards (ISO, SOX, and internal policies).
The flow of creating, editing, approving, and distributing process manuals used to happen slowly and in a scattered way. In most companies without document-management software, control lives in Word or Google Docs files organized in folders, with no traceability and no effective control over access and sharing. The result: outdated documents in circulation, audit failures, and vulnerabilities when sharing confidential information.
The ideal solution required an interface that made visual mapping of the process landscape extremely intuitive and secure.
The Turning Point
Repap On needed to build a corporate document management tool that combined:
- Easy navigation and fast search
- Corporate-grade security for storage and sharing
- Full responsiveness so directors and auditors could access data in the field via tablets and phones
Repap On was architected as a platform of modules. The first one, nStandarDocs, handles document management: Yowpi built it on no-code (Bubble) to reach the market fast, prioritizing information security, usability, and fluid design.
What was implemented:

→ Role- and department-based visibility, preventing unauthorized access to confidential documents. -
Chained Approval Flow
→ Automatic notification workflows for reviewing and approving new document versions. -
Device-Optimized Viewing
→ A fully fluid document grid that adapts perfectly from large monitors to tablets (iPad) and smartphones.
The Repap On platform established itself as a reliable document management tool. The product keeps evolving with Yowpi.
Results:
- Absolute centralization of corporate document flows.
- Detailed version history that supports audit and ISO compliance processes.
- A new training & development module being built by Yowpi: a role-based training matrix, AI-assisted training creation, a training marketplace, and a certificate repository so HR can prove who is qualified to operate what.
- The next generation already on proprietary architecture: the training module is being born in Next.js and Supabase, and nStandarDocs will be migrated to the same stack.
